This is the true reality of most educational programs at every collegiate level, especially with unreliable leadership that lack the knowledge of athletic financial budgeting. Most programs will blame the coach, remove resources, watch the program fail and remove the coach. Hire a new coach with the same challenges. In some cases, miraculously find all the resources for the new coach to prove the previous coach wrong, until the entire athletic programs budget is on the brink of complete collapse.
A real conversation parents at all levels do not want to have or accept. Accountability matters!
A Coaches Perception that most leaders in leadership in secondary education, higher education, and local clubs with no true background in athletic training and sports development will ever understand. Athletic and sports proformance training require training and development discernment. The lack of knowledge is at an all time high.
