I am dropping back down to just helping out when available because of work. But one of the high school coaches Mark Stucke is taking over. I'll still be around when I can. But right now no one has signed up yet. Please sign up as soon as possible.

The school should be calling everyone on the roster. But just want to let everyone know that tonight's practice will have to be rescheduled I am sick and don't want to pass it on to any of the kids. Sorry for any inconvenience. I will see everyone on Thursday.

Tomorrow 11/8/16 6-730 pm will be the first practice of the season even if you have not yet registered come sign up and learn a great sport. See you tomorrow night in the Kenmore west corrective gym on the second floor

We will be having a sign up meeting this coming Thursday 10/27/16 in the Kenmore West Wrestling room from 6:00pm to 7:30pm please come sign your child up to learn a wonderful new sport
