She's baackkkk. Our sweet Kelly is back to our weekly schedule and we couldn't be more excited !
Kelly believes yoga is about far more than movement, it is a practice of returning home to yourself. Through breath, mindful movement, and self-awareness, yoga became a
transformational tool that helped her reconnect with her authentic self and create a life rooted in purpose, balance, and growth. Her intention in every class is to create a space where people feel supported, empowered, and connected to their mind, body, and spirit.

Now that we have some longer days and beautiful weather, the sun is setting a little later. That means our time to wind down comes a little later as well.
This Sunday at 730 come take yin yoga as the sun sets and leaves us feeling even more relaxed and at ease. Every sunday after a beautiful long day outside, come relax with us and prepare for a grounded new week ahead! Hope to see you there

A few members of our Evolation Buffalo family spent a week in Puerto Rico on a yoga retreat and here’s what we brought back with us:

New Class Alert ⚠️
Wednesdays at noon will now be a 60 minute vinyasa class with Keaton! We haven't had a vinyasa on a Wednesday in a lil while so we're very excited. Having a quick lunch time class is so nice to take a midday pause and get some movement to breath into your day. We start this Wednesday! Keaton is so excited to see you there.
