General information

One one one circuit cross training sessions are 30 minutes long and consist of exercises done back to back with minimal rest. Exercises performed come from a variety of diciplines ranging from conventional weight training, to plyometrics, calesthetics, and yoga. The result is a system that burns calories, increases cardiovascular endurance, strength and muscle tone, and improves overall health and fitness.
Boxing sessions are 45 minutes long and include cross training exercises coupled with authentic boxing instruction. The result is a session that mimics a fighters rigorous training regiment focused on speed, power, footwork, balance, endurance, muscular conditioning, and mental focus. A fun way to get in great shape while learning a skill which promotes self confidence, self defense, and a new found appreciation for "the sweet science".
Elements Cross-Training is a new program just for summer. This is a 1 hour outdoor cross-training circuit incorporating elements of cardiovascular endurance, strength training, kickboxing, and flexibility. The result is a well rounded , optimal fitness program that is fun, challenging, and empowering. Not to mention a little fresh air does the body good;)
