How Norma went from hobbling around in pain to walking with speed & confidenceš
Norma came to me with a big limp, she really leaned over to one side. And her knee & glute were causing a lot of pain. She also complained of a snapping knee & piriformis issues.
She was concerned that she would never be confident enough to walk longer distances again.
Norma previously spent a lot of time doing repetitive work in a very asymmetrical position - this seemed to play into her current posture & walking pattern significantly. I helped her unravel from that with a targeted exercise plan.
She was working with me online, Iāve never met her in person. Norma showed up consistently to do her assigned exercises in the coaching app. And she got amazing results.
Walking faster, with better posture & new confidence. And much less pain. When her family came to visit they noticed a huge difference!
If this sounds like you & youāre ready to stop limping in pain and start walking with freedom & confidence, DM me LETāS GO to get started. Or send it to someone who needs this!

Break the cycle of foot pain (the easy way) š
You buy new supportive hiking shoes, do your calf stretches, roll your foot out, everything seems to be calming downā¦
BAMM⦠The next hike you go on, you start feeing that foot pain creep back, and your opposite hip always seems to hurt too.
You think āthats another $200 wasted on shoesā and give up...Ā
Again. š¢Ā
What if instead of buying another pair of supportive shoes, and instead of doing the cookie cutter exercises you got from your PT..
You start training your feet to support you properly?
And instead of doing basic exercises you really learn how your feet & body cooperate with each other to help you feel more relaxed and at ease on your hikes?
That way, we can stop aches & pains from keeping you on the couch instead of out enjoying adventures.
Sounds simple right? Thatās because it is.
The hard part though, is figuring out what specific exercises YOUR body needs the most.
I used to deal with foot & hip pain on long hikes.
Fast forward to now, Iāve managed to overcome it and feel better hiking now at 53 than I did in when I was in my 40s, using a few simple techniques.
If you want to learn those techniques, DM me HELP & Iāll send you 3 things you can do RIGHT NOW to get started.

So glad we fit in a road trip to our happy place in the Adirondacks as summer winds down.
Inlet has lots of short rewarding mountain hikes nearby: Rocky, Black Bear, Bald & Castle Rock. ā°ļø
Finally inflated my paddle board for the first time this summer! Nothing beats the combo of mountains & lakes.
What are you doing to make the most of summer before it slips away?!

Your journey out of pain should involve a lot of movement exploration & connecting the dots - not a set of exercises that leave you feeling stuck at square one.
Your body tells a story about what you need to unravel from old injuries & habits.
Letās figure out what itās asking for.
