Mobility Lab 🔬👩🔬🧬
We kicked this series off with a foundations focus — working through full-body movement screens, soft tissue prep, dynamic mobility drills, and controlled end-range work.
Huge thank you to .roots.chiropractic for joining us and helping take the experience to the next level. Dr. Eric Colon and Curtis Hohl, DPT shared valuable insight on the importance of proper warm-ups, self-myofascial release, and movement quality for long-term training and recovery. They also brought some fun tools including a cupping set, Graston instruments, and a chiropractic table to provide brief soft-tissue work and individualized recommendations after class. They’ll be back for the next four!
