HILLS PAY THE BILLS 💰🏃🏻🏔️

’s signature incline class was tested and approved tonight — and is officially live on our Wednesday evening schedule at 5:30 PM.

45 minutes of steady incline work on our designed to build strength and endurance without the impact of speed.

Challenge your heart and lungs while protecting your joints with treadmill inclines that naturally engage your glutes, hamstrings, and calves — making you stronger and training you to stay relaxed under effort, perfect for longer race efforts.

We’re officially TWO weeks out from the 🙌🏼 and we’re definitely not skipping speed work 😤

Join us tonight — and every Tuesday all summer — for a track workout designed to set you up for race-day success.

• 7:30 AM — 50-min Endurance Run
• 9:05 AM — 60-min Run + Strength
• 10:15 AM — Outdoor Group Long Run
• 10 AM–12 PM — Open Treadmill

But we have to share that one of our absolute favorite humans is moving out of town 💔

If you’ve ever taken one of classes , you already know how special she is and how sad this makes us 😭

You can catch her final two classes on the schedule this week:

🏃🏻‍♀️ Tempo tomorrow at 5:30am

She’ll still be popping up at for a few more weeks before she heads out — so it’s not goodbye just yet!

Routes will be posted on our story and linked to Strava the day of (1–8 miles).

No pre-registration required. Pacers and pace groups available (7-min pace to walkers).
