Join us tonight — and every Tuesday all summer — for a track workout designed to set you up for race-day success.

• 9:05 AM — 60-min Run + Strength
• 10:15 AM — Outdoor Group Long Run
• 10 AM–12 PM — Open Treadmill

But we have to share that one of our absolute favorite humans is moving out of town 💔
If you’ve ever taken one of classes , you already know how special she is and how sad this makes us 😭
You can catch her final two classes on the schedule this week:

She’ll still be popping up at for a few more weeks before she heads out — so it’s not goodbye just yet!
