This table allows pregnant bodies to lie face down with space and support for the belly. The benefit of laying face down provides extension for the spine while allowing the therapist to provide relief to the low back and hips. All of which is deeply beneficial to the nervous system and spine!

Kristine has so graciously agreed to host the first session on March 27th from 5:30pm in the Spa Lounge.

The meeting will start and end with a meditation and the middle will be a loose prompt discussion and share over tea.
