ABSOLUTELY smoked it from start to finish. We LOVE to see it!
What’s crazy is… when Char first started, her BIGGEST objection was time. She didn’t know if she’d be able to fully commit with everything on her plate.
A super mom.
A working mom.
A wife.
Handling her babies, her household, and life all at once.
But THIS challenge proved exactly what we already knew…
SUPER MOMS GET IT DONE. ⚡️
Char stayed locked in, stayed disciplined, stayed consistent, and because of that dedication she walked away with the CASH PRIZE! 💰🏆
First of many challenges.
First of many wins.
A TRUE champion is in our midst and it is well earned and well deserved.
Char, we are beyond proud of you and proud to call you an Armada athlete. You are the definition of a badass mom and a relentless warrior.

Most athletes in the modern CrossTraining / functional fitness world think they need to eat less… when in reality, they’re usually UNDER-EATING ⚡️🦍
And yeah, that’s an uncomfortable truth for a lot of people.
