Finding my center before class today.🧘🏼‍♀️

I like to get to early before teaching my Yin class because I can give the space an energy. I can fuel the room with my presence and the humans presence that will enter the room.
-
You give off energy that other people can feed off of which can change their mood and balance in return. Slow meditation music, green plants, and calm vibes are my go to for today🌿

We hold Yin classes at Flux Fitness because it is a grounding, relaxing, deep fascia practice. You’ll feel more grounded and centered after as well as openness within the mind and body.

Meal prep!!

It is for some reason one of the most neglected parts for a healthier lifestyle! It is a drag for a lot of people. So, make it easier by chopping your veggies and getting them ready for meals you can W***y make!

Yesterday I made a meal and had left over chopped veggies so I threw them in a container so I could make an easy omelet this morning!! How quick and simple!

NEW CLASSES ALERT!!🌟🧘🏼‍♀️

Now that I am officially certified, I cannot wait to start adding yoga to the schedule!! Starting FEB 1st!

Tuesdays at 9am and 6pm
Saturdays 9am

We will begin this beautiful journey with Yin Yoga classes. This style is awesome for gaining flexibility and becoming more relaxed mentally and physically. Each pose is held for three to five minutes each (don’t be afraid!) with the help of props so you can stay in the pose comfortably. It is one of the most relaxing times of my day and I can’t wait to share it with you all.

There’s always a wonderful theme to the class too! For example, our first class will focus on heart and hip openers to embrace the love we have for our bodies and connect emotionally to ourselves. It’s amazing what imagery can do!

Here’s a great way to find instant gratitude and happiness…. GETTING UP NOW AND DOING WHAT IS AVOIDED.

Think about if everyone did what they said they were going to do everyday. Everyone would be rockstars, Olympic athletes, the best business owner there ever was… get the point?

So stop hesitating. Let your wanted future motivate your actions!! I believe in everyone fulfilling their capabilities because I’ve seen it happen. LETS DO THIS PEOPLE!!

Today I did an Ashtanga class with from her online yoga teacher training course to finish my year off right! Created a little heat, slowed things down, got into the nitty gritty of form and flow! Awesome way to get into the right mindset for 2022!! Who’s ready??💕🧘🏼‍♀️
