We got together on Saturday for some fall festivities, a little friendly competition, and a pumpkin carving contest! 🎃👀 Before the final pumpkins were revealed, we asked everyone who they thought would take home the win… and now we want to hear from YOU!

Last night, our judges came together for our Judges Seminar to review the rules, sharpen their skills, and make sure we’re ready to give every competitor the best possible experience at the upcoming Camil Khechen Tournament!

We want every student who steps onto the competition floor to feel supported, prepared, and proud of what they accomplish. 💙

Meet Sarah! 🥋❤️ At 77 years young, Sarah is proof that it’s never too late to challenge yourself, build confidence, and try something new!

Martial arts runs in her family, with a daughter who is a black belt, a granddaughter who is a 1st-degree black belt, and a grandson who is a 3rd-degree black belt! Now, Sarah is creating her own journey on the mat at Master Khechen’s.

Our noon classes have helped Sarah build friendships, believe in herself, and improve her mobility while using a walker. With the encouragement and guidance of Master Khechen, she’s continuing to work toward her goal of one day moving without it. 💪

Her story is a beautiful reminder that progress looks different for everyone, and what matters most is showing up, believing in yourself, and never giving up on what you want to achieve.

Sarah, we’re so proud of you! Keep going! ❤️🥋

We’ve been overwhelmed by the response, and it’s a reminder that now more than ever, women want to feel safer, more confident, and better prepared to protect themselves.

We hear you, and we’re here for you. 🫶

Our goal is to give women practical tips, techniques, and tools they can carry with them beyond the dojang. Because feeling confident in your ability to protect yourself can make all the difference.
