On this Veterans Day, we would like to recognize one veteran from the race who is a fighter. Our 79 year old, Army Veteran, who served in Vietnam. He needed the assistance of a few hero runners that day but the latest update is that he continues to improve and in good spirits. The family is asking if you were someone who helped and are comfortable, could, please reach out to the race director at [email protected]. The family would like to express their gratitude. No names in the comments please.

Results - corrections made.
The previous results showed a veteran 5K and a veteran 10k race category. That was incorrect. For clarification, the 5k race is everyone combined, likewise with the 10k. But we reward the top Overall and Veteran Overall m/f in each race. That is always how we have done it.

THE VETERANS RACE - 5 and 10K Nice morning, very little wind and 40 degrees.

Many of you were concerned about the individual who needed emergency medical assistance. He made it and is in stable condition!

Thank you to those who jumped in to help and to our first responders.

We will reserve putting out further details at this time. But thank you for your concern. I have relayed all of your prayers to the family.
