NCA x Pace x Heart Fire Yoga are coming together again this year for Buffalo Pride!
On Sunday, June 7th, weâll be marching in the Buffalo Pride Parade: loud, proud, and united.
At a time when LGBTQIA+ rights, safety, and visibility continue to be challenged, Pride is more than a celebration. Itâs about showing up for our athletes, our members, our coaches, our friends, and our community. Itâs about creating spaces where people feel safe to exist fully and authentically as themselves.
We move together, we celebrate together, and we stand together.
Stay tuned for more details on Pride 2026 shirts and donation based classes in the week leading up to the pride parade. All profits will donated to the âBuffalo-Niagara LGBTQ History Projectâ, an organization dedicated to preserving and uplifting LGBTQIA+ history in Western New York.

Murph 2026! Memorial Day at NCA means one thing: âMurphâ âď¸
One of the most famous workouts in the fitness world, âMurphâ is a Hero Workout performed in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who have served our country. Itâs challenging, meaningful, and a true Memorial Day tradition.
Whether this is your first Murph or your 10th, thereâs a version for you. Weâll have:â¨-partner optionsâ¨-scaling optionsâ¨-modified volumeâ¨-row/bike optionsâ¨-and coaches helping you choose the right path for your fitness level
Heats will run at:â¨đŞ 8:15 amâ¨đŞ 9:35 am
Family and friends are more than welcome to come hang, cheer people on, or jump into a workout! If the Buffalo weather cooperates⌠weâll be hanging post-workout and firing up the grill đ

Heavy on the âstrong like momâ đ
Happy Motherâs Day to all of the moms of NCA! Thank you for showing us every single day what real strength looks likeâŚnot just in the gym, but in the way you lead, support, care for, and show up for the people around you.
Youâre also the reason so many other women realize they can take up space, lift heavy, and be strong too.
We also recognize that today can feel complicated, heavy, or painful for many people. Sending extra love to anyone who needs it today đ¤

Officially official! Strength & Mobility Flow with Coach now has a permanent spot on the schedule: Every Tuesday @ 6pm!
This is where you work on the stuff that actually makes everything else better:
âMind-muscle connection
âStability and control through full range
âBreathing and positional awareness
âStrength in deeper positions (not just the âeasyâ ones)
âMidline work that carries over to your lifts and your bodyweight movements!
Expect a slower, more intentional pace. Yoga-style warm up, targeted strength, and both loaded + unloaded mobility work.

đ NCA Earth Day Clean-Up: âRuck, Recycle & Repeatâ! Weâre back for year 2!â¨
Weds, April 22 @ 5:45 pm â¨đNickel City Athleticsâ¨Open to members + guests! (Bring your friends, family, and team spirit)â¨*Part of Earth Day Clean Up Series and collab with !
âťď¸ Weâre cleaning up the West Side, the NCA way. Teams will ruck/run the neighborhood collecting trash, then complete workout rounds in the gym each time a trash bag is filled. Weâll also be tracking mileage via Strava, so you can see how far you went while making our neighborhood beautiful!
-Sign-up is required in the NCA app under âClassesâ â itâs free and open now!â¨-This event is free to all!
âťď¸ How it Works:
-Start with a warm-up & workout at the gym
-Head out into the West Side with gloves and trash bags
-Each time your team fills a bag, return to NCA for a quick workout round
-Repeat for 1 hour- accumulating as many rounds, bags of trash, and miles as you can!
âťď¸ What to Bring:
-Gloves (weâll have some, but extras are always good)
- A small backpack, weight vest, or ruck if you want to add weight
- Water bottle
- Workout shoes/clothes
