A huge THANK YOU to Coach Michaela 🤍💪🏼

After so much dedication, encouragement, energy, and support poured into the FORGE community, Michaela will be stepping away from coaching as she begins an exciting new chapter.

While we’re incredibly sad to see her go, we’re also so proud of her as she takes on new opportunities, a move closer to the cities, and an important caregiving role for family.

Michaela has been such a positive part of our team and community—always showing up with kindness, encouragement, and a genuine passion for helping others grow stronger and build healthy habits.

Her impact here has meant more than words can fully express, and we know so many members have felt supported, challenged, and inspired because of her.
