This fun foursome of Wave swimmers attended the Saints Day Swim Camp this past week at the College of St. Benedict & St. John's University. They came home every night tired but excited to head back the next morning!

What a fun and fast weekend at the North Suburban Aquatic Club - NSAC Summer Invite! We had fun learning about the chaos that comes with chase starts and being competitive in the pool and on deck (several rounds of Uno and Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza later)!
Thank you to Rory Coplan, Andrea Dees, Kerra Mayor, U of M Staff, the officials and volunteers for running a great meet for all. Shout out to NSAC for continuing to provide the best hospitality food! Lots of PRs, smiles and down time between heats playing games with friends old and new, from Wave and other teams.

Alexandria Swim Club 51st Annual Lake Swim 🌊☀️
We brought 7 Wave Athletes and 3 Wave Masters swimmers to Lake Henry on this sunny Sunday afternoon. We had a blast and swimmers raced between 1/4 mile to 4 miles! 🏊🏻♂️🏊🏻♀️
