Who is ready to lose weight and tone up?
I’m currently a traveling trainer with equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, yoga mats, resistance bands, & medicine balls. I have my bachelors in exercise science and I specialize in weight loss, HIIT training, and bodybuilding. I also specialize in rehabilitative training as well.
I’m offering in home training, at apartment complexes gyms, and outdoor training. If you know anyone who is looking for a trainer then recommend me or share this post please.

-I get asked a lot, ‘James how can I lose weight?’ The biggest key to losing weight is to get moving! Start walking your neighborhood, running, resistance training, etc.
-There is no magical workout you can do, you need a personalized program to your strengths & weaknesses. Everyone’s body responds differently & this is why people like me who studied the body thoroughly is able to help you!
