As parents, it's in our nature to want to fix things.💭
To give the right advice. To offer the right solution.
But when it comes to developing confident athletes, its not always about having the right answer - its about helping them find it.
🧠 Growth doesn't happen when we step in too soon. It happens when they wrestle with challenges, sit in uncertainty, and learn to figure it out.
This post is a reminder:
👉 Your athlete doesn't need constant answers.
👉 They need space to think, reflect, and decide.
👉 Your greatest impact comes from asking better questions - not giving better answers.
Let them struggle. Let them grow.
Let them own it.
