Being ready and listening to coach instructions while waiting on the wall builds patience, listening skills, and teamwork as swimmers wait for their turn to swim!

Today we’re celebrating Ms. Becky and an incredible decade with Gwinnett Swim!
Becky’s journey with GS is something special. She began in the water as an ASI coach, helping build strong, confident swimmers from the very start. Over the years, she’s grown with our business, transitioning out of the pool and into a vital leadership role as our Scheduling & Billing Coordinator.
Today, Ms. Becky is truly the backbone of our daily operations keeping everything running smoothly for our families and our team. Her attention to detail, consistency, and heart for what we do have made a lasting impact both in and out of the water.
Ms. Becky, we are so grateful for your growth, your loyalty, and the way you’ve helped shape Gwinnett Swim over the past 10 years. You are a huge part of who we are.
