Tomorrow night at 5:30, I (Jaime) will be teaching a brand new class at the gym. It’s going to be a weightlifting/toning format. I’m really excited to bring more of my vision and love of fitness to the studio setting. I look forward to seeing our regular attendees, as well as some new faces. If you have been wanting to train with a trainer, but just haven’t been able to, then this is the perfect class for you!
