Isak Mack started his rodeo career in 1983 riding steers in the Western States Rodeo Association at an early age, competing in rodeos from central Oregon to eastern Idaho. He continued his rodeo career riding bulls and ba****ck horses in the National High School Rodeo Association and amateur rodeo associations. He was a two-time qualifier for the Nevada National Invitational Rodeo, where he was the reserve bull riding champion. He continued following his passion for rodeo, competing in the PRCA and Intermountain Professional Rodeo Association and the Idaho Cowboys Association, winning several championships along the way. Sadly, he hung up his spurs for a while due to an injury. But he wasn’t finished. He still had rodeo burning in his heart; Isak decided he would give it another shot at Cooper’s Yak Town and try his luck at riding a yak. He rode the yak with no trouble at all for the full 8 seconds. It was an honor to have him in our arena!
