🚨ORION’S NEW 24/7 DOOR ACCESS IS OFFICIALLY LIVE!🚨

Our new Kisi door access system is officially UP AND RUNNING at Orion Fitness!

⚠️ PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST — ESPECIALLY BEFORE YOU HEAD TO THE GYM! ⚠️

🚨 IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN MOVED INTO OUR NEW SYSTEM:

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE GYM.

Our new door system is connected to our membership system, so you MUST have an active membership and completed account in our new system in order to receive door access.

If you have been putting off getting your account set up — NOW IS THE TIME! 😂

Your account needs to have:

✅ Correct contact information
✅ Your OWN email address when individual access is needed
✅ An active membership
✅ A valid card on file
✅ All required waivers/documents completed

📲 ALREADY SET UP IN OUR SYSTEM?

Check your email for your Kisi invitation!

Follow the instructions in that email, download the Kisi app, and finish setting up your access.

Downloading our regular gym app alone does NOT give you door access. You need the Kisi access app as well!

Once your account is properly set up and your access is activated, your phone becomes your key to the gym! 🔓📱

24 HOURS A DAY. 7 DAYS A WEEK.

That means if someone decides at 9:00 PM that they’re ready to join Orion and start working out — THEY CAN. 🙌

A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

🔐 Your access is YOUR access. Do not let friends, family members, or other non-members into the gym under your access. (the new camera system WILL snitch on you)

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family accounts: If an adult family member will be coming to the gym without the primary account holder, they need their own individual profile/email so we can assign their own door access.

📱 Make sure you are logged into the correct Kisi account on the phone you will be using for access.

🚫 If your membership is inactive, past due, canceled, or your access has otherwise been removed, the door will not unlock.

📧 If you KNOW you have completed your new Orion account but did not receive your Kisi email, please reach out to us so we can check your account.

This has been a HUGE behind-the-scenes project, but it is another major step toward making Orion Fitness safer, easier to use, and truly 24/7! 🖤💪

We are officially starting the behind-the-scenes setup for our NEW door access system! 🙌

Our new 24/7 access system will use the Kisi app, and we are working on getting everyone connected NOW so that installation and the final switch can go as smoothly as possible this weekend!

YOU STILL NEED YOUR CURRENT ACCESS CARD TO GET INTO THE GYM!

Please keep using your access card until we officially announce that the new system is up and running.

🚨 ACCESS UPDATE — ACTION REQUIRED ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY 9/11! 🔐

IT'S FINALLY HERE! 🙌

We have officially received the hardware for our new Kisi 24/7 door access system, which means we are preparing to make the FINAL switch from the old Garner's access system to Orion Fitness' new system!
We need EVERYONE currently in our system to have their account completely updated by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BY FRIDAY:

Please log into your Orion Fitness/PushPress account and make sure:

✅ You have a valid card on file
✅ ALL waivers, agreements & required documents are signed
✅ Your membership information is current
✅ Your membership is active and in good standing
✅ You have access to the app on your phone

These items MUST be completed in order to receive access through our new door system.

Once we make the final switch, the old Garner's key fobs/access system will be discontinued.

🔐 YOUR ACCESS = YOUR MEMBERSHIP

This is VERY important with the new system.

Your gym access belongs ONLY TO YOU.

Please DO NOT:

❌ Hold the door open for a friend to enter
❌ Allow someone to follow you inside
❌ Share your access with another person
❌ Let an inactive member into the facility
❌ Bring someone in without completing a drop-in

Guests are absolutely welcome! 🖤

They simply need to complete the proper waiver and pay the $5 drop-in fee BEFORE entering the gym. (This can be done online as you can share the drop in link with them from your gym app!)

Our Membership Agreement specifically states that members may not allow a non-member or inactive member into the facility without authorization or payment of the applicable guest/drop-in fee.

🚨 UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY

With our upgraded door access and camera systems, we will have much better ability to verify who is entering and using the facility.

If you allow someone into the gym who does not have an active membership or authorized drop-in, the $5 guest fee may be charged directly to the card YOU have on file.

Repeated violations can result in your 24/7 access being suspended or your membership being terminated. These are the same terms included in the Membership Agreement you sign.

And remember — if your membership payment fails, your facility access will automatically be suspended until your account is brought current.

WHY ARE WE DOING ALL OF THIS?

Because 24/7 access only works when everyone does their part.

We want to know who is inside our facility.

We want our members to feel safe.

We want to protect the equipment we're continually investing in.

And we want Orion to remain a gym our community is proud to call theirs.

This is part of The Orion Standard —
respecting our facility, taking ownership of the space, putting equipment back, cleaning up after ourselves, and leaving the gym better than we found it.

THIS is what a great community looks like! 🤩

What a way to spend Labor Day morning!

A HUGE thank you to every single person who showed up and put in the work with us today — our Orion members, friends, family, and new faces! Whether you crushed the whole workout, modified movements, walked, ran, or simply pushed yourself outside of your comfort zone… YOU SHOWED UP. And that’s what matters. 👏🏼

This morning was about so much more than a workout. We got to fill our brand-new slab with people before there are ever walls around it. One day this space will look completely different, and I have a feeling this is going to be one of those pictures we look back on and say, “Remember when?”

This is where we are right now.
This is part of our beginning.
And we’re pretty excited about where we’re going. 💙

Thank you to our community for continuing to show up, support us, encourage us, and grow right alongside us.

And to anyone who has been thinking about trying Orion but feels nervous about walking through the door — come join us. You don’t have to be the strongest, fastest, or most experienced person in the room. You just have to start. 💪🏼

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL MEMBERS

Children who do not have an active gym membership must remain in the designated childcare room at all times. They may not roam the gym floor, play on or around the equipment, or use gym supplies.

We came in today to find chalk spilled and tracked across the gym floor and equipment. Beyond the mess, allowing children around heavy gym equipment without proper supervision is a serious safety concern—and someone could easily be hurt.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and cleaning up after them. We love having families at Orion, but this rule must be respected so we can keep everyone safe and maintain the facility.

Effective immediately, children found outside the childcare room without an active membership will be asked to return to the room or leave the facility with their parent.

Please help us take care of the gym and keep Orion safe for everyone.
