Standing calf raises help make your calves stronger and more powerful!

The biggest tip is to move slowly and with control.

Let your heels go down for a big stretch.

Push all the way up on your toes and squeeze your calves at the top.

Don’t bounce fast β€” slow reps help your muscles work harder and grow stronger!

When performing lateral raises, are you feeling it more in your neck than your delts?

The #1 mistake on the seated lateral raise machine is shrugging your shoulders up. Keep your shoulders DOWN and away from your ears so your side delts do the work.
