Happy Saturday everyone! Just so everyone knows I post daily on Instagram! So please follow me there!
Also good news I am getting the ball rolling on my kettle gypsy programs again. That means Over the next couple months I will be announcing some certifications hopefully.

This first variation is an old school version that I've eliminated entirely. I see a lot of people doing it. But i honestly feel it had little benefit.
1. Basic figure 8
2. Figure 8 to a hold
