The two-hour sessions include a challenging cardio program, an aggressive strength/endurance session, supportive one-on-one technique training and creative coordination enhancement -- all in one workout. Well everyone, the boys are back from Memphis and while Damien fought very well and very hard, he lost his 3rd fight by decision! We are very proud of this young man.

Hey fight fans! This Saturday, from 9am to 3pm we have a family friendly fundraiser to help get our very own Damien Lopez to Memphis for the last Olympic Qualifier. It's a bit of a drive but the beach will be very nice!!! Hope you all can make it.
