Slow, strength-building Hatha yoga followed by seated deep Yin stretches.
🕉Tuesday & Thursday Gotha Hatha Yoga
Slow intentional traditional Hatha practice.

🎶All classes set to moody, meditative playlist of trad goth, darkwave, and deep cuts played by our live DJ.
