One of the biggest things that changed my life was this.
I stopped putting time limits on my goals.
I used to think everything had to happen fast.
Six months.
A year.
By a certain age.
And if it did not happen in that window, it felt like I was behind.
Then my mindset changed.
I stopped worrying about how long it would take.
I just decided I was going to keep working toward the goal no matter what.
However long it takes.
Whatever it takes.
That shift brought a lot of peace into my life.
Because when quitting is not an option, time stops being the enemy.
Progress becomes the focus.
Keep going. Your timeline does not matter as much as your consistency.

Most people try to find the right partner.

Most people think pull ups are an arm exercise.
So they start the rep by bending their elbows.
That turns the movement into a bicep workout. And the lats barely work.
Instead, start the pull with your shoulder blades.
From a dead hang, pull your shoulders down and back first.
Think about putting your shoulder blades into your back pockets.
Then pull your body up.
Now your lats lead the movement, not your arms.
The difference is immediate.
More back activation.
Stronger pulls.
Better control.
Small technique fixes like this can completely change how an exercise feels.
