Chris earned his STOTT certification while in the great city of Chicago. He also holds a degree in Theatre from Shenandoah University, and has extensive experience in the Performance Capture world. Chris uses his mixture of performance and healthy movement to promote fun classes and mind body awareness in his one on one sessions. Conversely, Chris uses his own Pilates practice to create characters and creatures in the video game world (and to keep himself healthy and injury free!)

She has had additional education in Injuries and Special Populations enabling her to work with all types of clients from pre- and post-natal and older populations to joint replacements, cancer rehabilitations, and spinal injuries.
