The Burkburnett Blacksox are among the nation's oldest and finest college preparatory programs for high school age players who aspire to play college or professional baseball. The Blacksox sponsor teams at several different age levels to assist their players in improving both as baseball players but more importantly as young men. With the Blacksox organization entering its 4th decade it has unriva

led experience and knowledge that it uses to help its players fulfill their baseball dreams and to develop into outstanding men. The Blacksox organization feels that it has the responsibility to help its players become more productive members of society.

EPISODE 4 - We’re joined by Kyle Williams, Head Baseball Coach at Northeastern State University, to talk about what it really takes to play baseball at the next level.

Coach Williams’ journey has taken him from Crowder College, one of the premier JUCO programs in the country, to becoming a head coach at Cameron University at just 28 years old, and now to Northeastern State University, where he is entering his second season.

Throughout his coaching career, he has helped develop 28 players who went on to play professional baseball.

There’s a lot of valuable information in this one for players and parents who have goals of playing college baseball.

We’re proud of how hard each of them has pushed themselves to learn, improve, and get better every time they step on the field or in the indoor facility! Now it’s time for them to go compete, have fun, and show off all that hard work!
