Buddy week is wrapping up soon! We have three more days to go:

Tonight at 6:30 (High school)
Thursday at 5:30 (High school)
Saturday at 10:45 am (High school)

If you are an athlete here at Nation Training, bring a buddy to workout with you for free!

Just make sure they have a parent / guardian available to sign a liability waiver if they are under the age of 18.
