πŸ’₯πŸ’₯Updated Tournament registration rules. All pre registration must be done before 12pm on that Friday of. All registration after 1pm will not be acknowledged. Strongerly suggest pre registration before Friday as the 64 feild does get filled fast. Anyone after 64 will be put on a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list you must be present before the tournament start time to be entered in the tournament if a spot opens. All cancelation must be done before Friday. If you are a no call / no show 2 times you will not be aloud to pre register in the future! πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Singles 9 ball chip tournament this Friday 5/22/26
Doors open at 5:30 pm. Sign up at 6. Tournament starts at 7pm. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARRIVE ONTIME! CONTACT KEN OR LISA IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE.
$25 per person for members.
$30 per person for non members.

We will have a optional side pot of $20. 1 auction of everyone who did not buy them self in the side pot. The winner will get the whole field. Possibly Calcutta in the future. I want to make sure we have enough time for the tournament.

Chips will be assigned based on apa skill level. If you don't have an apa skill level I will assign you a skill level. You can be raised or lowered at any time.
Chips will be assigned of your apa rating, fargo rating "with a robustness 200 and over ", if you dont have a rating i will give you a rating . Based of someones recommendation or my opinion. The number 1 factor is your elo rating. Elo is my computer system rating. My computer keeps track of everything you do at my tournaments. You can be raised or lowered at anytime based of any of these factors.

1-2s will get 10 chips. Fargo 0 to 265. Elo 0 to 230
3s will get 9 chips. Fargo 266 to 325. Elo 231 to 320.
4s will get 8 chips. Fargo 326 to 399. Elo 321 to 410.
5s will get 7 chips. Fargo 400 to 499. Elo 411 to 500.
6s will get 6 chips. Fargo 500 to 550. Elo 501 to 550.
7s will get 5 chips. Fargo 550 to 599. Elo 551 to 599.
8-9s will get 4 chips. Fargo 600 to 649. Elo 600 and up.

650 fargo and over. Will get 2 chips.

Stay on the table as long as you can. You lose, you lose a chip. Last chip standing wins.

APA 9 ball rules.
Called 9 ball. ( combos are allowed )
Lag for each break.
Alternating breaks for heads up .
Rack your own.
No 3 foul rule.
9 on the break gets spotted.
No slow play. 10 minute match time. If you get caught slow playing you will get a warning the first time. The second you will loose a chip. The 3rd DQ.
When I call your name you have 5 minutes to get to the table and start your match. If you need to go outside or leave the area please check with Ken or another tournament director to see when you will be up next.

Top 3 spots get paid out. Based off field.

🎟50/50🎟 will be ran all night.
Break and Run pot as well. $5 a ticket.
Break and Run tickets will be drawn at 7. Right before the start of the tournament.

Double trouble 8 Ball Scotch Doubles

Saturday to 6/13/26 It will be bring your own partner.
Skill limit 11. We will be going of 8 ball rankings. 650 and over Fargo will be considered an 8. All skill levels will be checked upon signup and locked .

Tournament will be played on 12 ,7ft diamond tables.

Skill 6 and under go to 2 racks.
Skill 7 - 8 go to 3 racks.
Skill 9 -10 go to 4 racks
Skill 11 go to 5 racks.

Please see chart below we will drop some races down to save time.

Skill 6 under vs 6 under 2-2 race .
Skill 6 under vs 7 - 8 , 2-3 race.
Skill 6 under vs 9- 10 , 2-4 race.
Skill 6 under vs 11 . 2 -5 race .
Skill 7-8 vs 7-8 , 2-2 race.
Skill 7-8 vs 9-10 , 2-3 race.

Double elimination. The loser side will be 9 ball. Can't win or loose on the break. Apa rules but 9 ball must go in last and Must call 9 ball.

Apa rules, but call your pocket. Ball down safe. Can't win or lose on the break and alternating breaks. Rack your own. 1 time out per rack. Rotation is continuous after the first break . The lag doesn't count.

Doors open at 8am. A player for your team must be here before 9:15AM. No signups after 9:15AM
The calcutta starts at 9:30 AM. Tournament starts right after the calcutta.

$120 a team including green fee.

Calcutta will be 100%

Payouts will be 1st ,2nd, 3rd, and 4th based on a 32 team field. If the field is over 42 the payouts will be 1st to 8th.

Just a reminder we are currently still byob. All alcohol must be check in at the bartender. No outside food permitted. We have our own sodas, coffee, snacks and a full kitchen available.

This is a warning and the last warning. This is table 9. Every Monday night I have to clean black rings off of the table felt. It doesn't come out of the felt. There is no reason for this. If I see this again and I catch who is doing it . You will not shoot on any of our tables again.
