Hi everyone!
We are currently collecting raffle baskets for our upcoming Veteran's Tournament 11/7/26. All proceeds go toward our charity SANCTUARY FOUNDATION FOR VETERANS. Sanctuary Foundation For Veterans mission is to deliver and make sure all Veterans and their families have help and resources to elevate them to self sufficiency by providing support services including housing and mental health treatment as well as *ramps, prosthesis, wheelchairs, Emergency needs. Every little bit helps tremendously.
If you'd like to donate a pre-made themed basket or individual items (like w**e, gift cards, spa goods, or family games), please let us know. Drop-offs can be brought to our club during operating hours. Thank you so much for your support!

***Benefit tournament for our charity SANCTUARY FOUNDATION FOR VETERANS***

8 Ball Scotch Doubles Tournament Saturday 11/7/26. It will be bring your own partner.
Skill limit 10. 650 and over Fargo will be considered an 8. All skill levels will be checked before the tournament. And locked upon signup.

Tournament will be played on 12 ,7ft diamond tables.

Skill 6 and under go to 2 racks.
Skill 7-8, go to 3 racks.
Skill 9 -10 go to 4 racks

Skill 6 under vs 6 under 2-2 race .
Skill 6 under vs 7-8 , 2-3 race.
Skill 6 under vs 9-10 , 2-4 race.
Skill 7-8 vs 7-8, 2-2 race.
Skill 7-8 vs 9-10, 2-3 race.
Skill 9-10 vs 9-10 , 3-3 race

Double elimination. The loser side will be short rack 8 ball.
The rack for short rack must have an alternating pattern around the 8 ball.

Apa rules, but call your pocket. Ball down safe. Can't win or lose on the break and alternating breaks. Rack your own. 1 time out per rack. Rotation is continuous after the first break . The lag doesn't count.

Doors open at 8am. A player for your team must be here before 9:15AM. No signups after 9:15AM
The calcutta starts at 9:30 AM. Tournament starts right after the calcutta.

$110 a team including green fee.

40% donation to SANCTUARY FOUNDATION FOR VETERANS . The other 60% goes to payouts.

Calcutta will be 80%. The other 20% will go to Sanctuary for veterans.

Payouts will be 1st ,2nd, 3rd, and 4th based on a 32 team field. If the field is over 42 the payouts will be 1st to 8th.

Just a reminder we are currently still byob. All alcohol must be check in at the bartender. No outside food permitted. We have our own sodas, coffee, snacks and a full kitchen available.

There will be an optional side pot for $20. 1 auction of everyone who did not buy them self in the side pot. The winner will get the whole field. Possibly a ⁰calcutta in the future. I want to make sure we have enough time for the tournament.

Chips will be assigned of your apa skill level , fargo rating " with a robustness 200 and over " If you don't have a rating I will give you a rating based off someones recommendation or my opinion. The number 1 factor is your elo rating. Elo is my computer system rating. My computer keeps track of everything you do at my tournaments. You can be raised or lowered at any time based off any of these factors.

2s and 3s will get 7 chips. Fargo 290⬇️= 2. 291-350=3
4s will get 6 chips. Fargo 351-409 = 4
5s will get 5 chips. Fargo 410-489 = 5
6s will get 4 chips Fargo 490-569 = 6
7s will get 3 chips. Fargo 570 - 650 = 7

You can stop at any time and collect that value. But if you miss the pot, it continues over to next week. We will draw the ticket before the chip tournament starts.

💥💥 All pre registration must be done before 12pm on that Friday of. All registration after 12 pm will not be acknowledged. Strongerly suggest pre registration before Friday as the 64 feild does get filled fast. Anyone after 64 will be put on a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list you must be present before the tournament start time to be entered in the tournament if a spot opens. All cancelation must be done before Friday. If you are a no call / no show 2 times you will not be aloud to pre register in the future! 💥💥

Burlington Private Billiards Club has plenty of space for your team for the upcoming season. Get your team together and join our club. We have 12 diamond tables. 6 upstairs and 6 downstairs. We also have a 8 foot Brunswick table and a 9 foot goldcrown anniversary.

Monday night we have an in house double jeopardy division. 8 and 9 ball. 8 , 8 ball teams. 6 9 ball teams.

Tuesday is 8 ball. Its a 7 team division. We currently have 4 teams out of the club .

Wednesday is 8 ball. We have 2 division out of the club. We have the riverside / delran / Burlington division with 8 teams . We have 3 teams out of the club.
The other division is Burlington / Beverly / Florence/ Columbus / bordentown . 11 total teams. 6 teams out of the club.

Thursday is 9 ball . We have 2 division out of the club. 1 division is Burlington/ Delran / Beverly / Edgewater with 9 total teams. 4 out of the club. The other division has 11 total teams. Burlington/ Columbus/ Bordentown / Florence. 5 teams out of the club.

Sunday we have the women's division. 6 teams. Burlington/ Columbus/ Florence/ Medford/ Tabernacle. 2 teams out of the club.

We have an in house 8 ball division that shoots every other Sunday at noon. We have 5 teams.

We have another in house 9 ball division that shoots every other Sunday at noon. We have 6 teams.

We have another in house 9 ball division that shoots every other Sunday at 5 with 7 teams.
More teams are welcomed next session.
