Meet one of the amazing trainers that work out of Tula - Kate Kuzminski of
She’s been a strength and mobility coach for the past decade and has worked with young athletes to more experienced athletes, and everyone in between.
Her love of movement comes from a young age as she grew up participating in a variety of sports such as basketball, tennis, swimming, and track and field.
Unfortunately, Kate experienced several injuries as a youth athlete, and it wasn’t until she was a coach herself that she realized these injuries could have been prevented or at least mitigated with a proper strength and mobility program.
As an adult, she is still an athlete, and her go-to hobbies are pretty much anything that can be done outdoors, Vermont…am I right??
It is her goal and mission to keep other athletes and outdoor enthusiasts doing what they love for as long as they darn well please. And who knows, maybe you hate the outdoors and that’s okay!
Kate just wants to help you live your best, most pain-free life, whatever that may look like for you.

👋🏻It’s been a while since I did an intro, so here we go!
My name is Julia Fuller ( ) and I opened TULA in October 2020 - yes I was crazy for doing that, but got a beautiful space because of it ❤️
When COVID hit my job situation also shifted, just like most of you reading this. I had been working at a local gym, I was already interested in branching out on my own but this really forced me to start the process.
✨Tula means balance and Kula means community in Sanskrit, so my goal was to create a space of education, community, and a balanced lifestyle through movement.
Today, TULA is growing faster than ever! I am excited to be hosting other local businesses and professionals to bring movement to more of the local community!
Personally, my goal is to help others achieve a greater sense of awareness and strength through mobility, strength, and postural training. I want to help you do all the things you desire to achieve!
From my college education to my continued certifications, I am confident that I can help you achieve your goals!
As someone who didn’t enjoy movement until my 20s, I’m passionate about helping individuals find joy in movement. I found exercise to be painful in a negative way, so as I have grown and learned, I have found more and more ways to make exercise fun and accessible to all!

Mobility Training is so important, but often forgotten about. It is very common to reach plateaus in your strength training when mobility training is on the back burner. Different types of training include dynamic stretching as in yoga, or flow based stretching, myofascial release, and exploring your range of motion. Julia is trained in all of this and more!
