Volleyballer Training Academy

This one is for our Level 3 athletes who are ready to take the next step.

Our two-day Serve & Attack Advanced Camp is built around the two skills that decide matches: a serve that pressures the other side, and an attack that finishes. Over two focused mornings, advanced players will sharpen their serving under pressure, learn to read the block, and swing with real purpose and control.

Every session is led by current and former college players who have competed at the level your athlete is chasing. They know what scoring at a higher level takes, and they love passing it on.

We highly recommend attending one of our **Pre-Tryout Open Gyms** before tryouts. Open gyms give athletes an opportunity to meet coaches, get comfortable in our gym environment, and receive valuable evaluation time before official tryouts.

🌟What an incredible Spring season of growth for our VolleyStars! These 5th-6th graders came to us in January and began our In-House Train & Compete League.

We created 4 team rosters: Supernovas, Shooting Stars, Sunbeams, and Moonbeams. Each week they trained on Mondays and competed on Wednesdays in a positive, yet challenging developmental environment led by amazing coaches. The progress in their skill development and game IQ in just one season is truly remarkable. We are so proud of all of these athletes and coaches!

If your daughter has been curious about volleyball but doesn’t know where to start - this is it!

Volleyball 101 is our beginner camp for kids ages 9–13 with little to no experience. No pressure, no previous skills required. Just three mornings of real coaching in a setting where it’s safe to be a beginner.

We meet athletes where they are and move them forward. That’s our whole thing.
