🌟 Hey everyone! 🌟
It's been over a year since my last post, and what a transformative journey it has been! I've dedicated this time to deepening my yoga practice and expanding my teachings. I'm thrilled to announce the launch of my new website: www.ameyayoga.com 🙏
This site is designed to spread awareness that yoga is so much more than just exercise. It's a path to achieving anything you set your mind to. My goal is to provide valuable information and connect with as many people as possible.
I'm also interested in collaborating with wellness practitioners from various fields. Let's come together to make a positive impact! 🌿✨
Please check it out and share it with your family and friends. Thank you for your support!
What can be a better month than June, celebrating International Yoga Day, to launch my yoga website!

As we move further in the series of our webinars, next is about Virudha Ahara which is one of the main causes of imbalance in our body. Everything in Nature is about balance and discipline. Food being an essential part of our daily life when it goes out of balance is called Virudha Ahara.
Food which should be nourishing us but starts poisoning our body, is because of virudha ahara.
It's all about going back to our roots, following Nature's clock, choosing natural foods instead of engineered foods. Food is a source of energy and nourishes our body, so why would it cause imbalance in us!
Let's find out the answers. Ayurveda has it all. Ayurveda means 'science of life'.
It might not meet western standards of scientific validity but remember that it is a more than 5000 years old system of medicine.
Ayurveda is keeping the healthy person healthy and curing the diseases of mind and body.
So join us on this webinar to know 18 categories of virudha ahara and how to overcome if you are consuming the wrong combinations.

We all keep hearing that
‘we are what we eat’. Ayurveda says’ you eat what you are’… yes eat according to your unique combination of Doshas or Constitution. For that Ayurvedic texts provide a very useful tool.. Six Rasa or Tastes in Ayurveda, which are directly connected to your unique nature. It’s very important to indulge in foods which are good for your constitution or Doshas.
Have you ever noticed why certain foods make you sick and others are pacifying. This is because of your present unique nature.
Learn more about this in our coming free webinar on Tuesday, February7th.
