Classes begin next week! ALL LEVELS are welcome—your student does NOT need to have an athletic background!

Our high school and middle school sports performance classes are designed to build strength and power, increase speed and agility as well as reduce the risk of injury. Classes begin with a coach led warmup and mobility portion, followed by a linear or lateral movement drill and then transitions into a strength routine that compliments the movement focus for the day. Our program is specifically designed to help athletes progress and perform at their best. Most importantly, classes are fun and will build confidence! Come in for a free trial!!!
