What SUP Maryse

A few weeks back, I attended a SUP race in Burlington,VT but unfortunately I had to abandon the race as I was starting a heat exhaustion during the race. Big disappointment but safe decision 😔.

The next day, I planned an awesome hike close by and the summit was in the clouds 🤩

A few weeks ago, me and a friend went for a SUP rapids adventure with La Plage QC. We spent 2 days in Park Jacques Cartier playing in rapids.

Last week, we had a great 5k race at Multi voiles in Trois-Rivières.
Had the chance to do a podium for the second place 😁🥈

Last Saturday was a great 6k Onake water challenge race at Kahnawake, QC and I managed to finish 2nd place 😁🥈

What a great weekend SUP camping with these ladies 😎🏕️🦟🦟🦟

Well that was a fun race and I finish third 🥉 place on top of that 😁

Strong upwind against a strong currant and the ice was across the river so we turned around instead of doing the island tour but still very happy for February sup 😁
