Parakeet on the trapeze takes a lot of control. This is the only exercise I got injured in when I was a student when I lost the bar and it slammed my shins. You definitely want a spotter as a beginner but happy and surprised it went so well because I haven’t had access to a trapeze in years 🩷💜♥️!
Did a little tower workout after teaching today💙
This donkey kick is just a more advanced bird dog, I like to imagine a teacup on my sacrum and just like our core control in supine (on your back) you want to maintain a stable neutral core. Take you bird dog exercises to the next level by balancing a yoga block on the back of your pelvis 💙💜🩷 or watch in a mirror!
