David Lansky, Scott Phillips, and I are launching new series of Argentine tango classes! We're calling them "Tango, El Camino."

When: Starting Wednesday, March 5, weekly classes and a practica

6-6:45 pm: Intermediate Tango, for dancers with some experience
7:45-8:30 pm: Intro to Tango, the basics; no experience or partner necessary
8:30-9:30 pm: Practica for all levels

Where: Fusion 802 dance studio, 1881 Williston Rd, So Burlington. Lots of lighted parking.

Fees: Pay with cash or Venmo
$10 for one class + practica
$15 for two classes + practica
$5 for practica only

For tango music, we’ve been listening to contemporary groups Electrocutango and Otros Aires and to traditional orchestras run by Francisco Canaro, Miguel Caló, and Carlos Di Sarli.
