I taught my first class in this space 3 years ago this week, and I can't think of a better way to honor that than by wrapping up the week with the final class of the Zen Summer Series. Thank you Nicole for always being up for all things fun and to every one of Y-O-U who chooses to share space with me at this special little Lounge. 🩵

🧩 The Community Puzzle 🧩

Above anything else, building community is the thing I'm most proud of, and when I caught a glimpse of these women huddled around the community puzzle tonight, my heart swelled beyond measure.

Connection is vital to our human experience. We are wired for it. To many, the community puzzle at the top of the stairs probably just seems like a fun little puzzle. But to me, it's an opportunity to work together on a shared goal. To do something together in the name of joy. It's the chance to celebrate someone when they find THE piece. It's a sense of collective accomplishment when the final piece goes in.

So yeah, we puzzle. Hope to see you at the top of the stairs.
