Yesterday I taught a (private) Forza class for the first time in 13 months! It felt GREAT to be back, and I hope to resume regular weekly classes in the not-too-distant future!
The Italian word for strength and power, Forza is an intense workout using a wooden sword inspired by Samurai Sword training moves.
This is a great hour of cardiovascular training, mental concentration and muscular endurance. Working out with a samurai sword in FORZA class will help you tone your entire body. This unique, empowering workout allows you to burn lots of calories and build lean muscles while training your brain to focus. Guaranteed to make you physically, emotionally and spiritually stronger.

No, I am not teaching Forza at this time, but I have been teaching strength training classes via Zoom 3 times/week since March 24th. I hope you are keeping yourself strong so that you are ready to jump right back into Forza as soon as we are allowed to have class again at Studio A!
