MISSION STATEMENT
Surge Ultimate is a competitive mixed team based out of the Inland Northwest. Surge provides an outlet and opportunity for Ultimate athletes who want to push themselves and compete at the highest level, while acknowledging life outside of ultimate. We are committed to providing opportunities to learn, grow and compete, while building community in the Inland Northwest. Surge aims to create a sustainable, competitive mixed program in the Inland Northwest that upholds the spirited ideals in which Ultimate is rooted. With this foundation, Surge aims to be a catalyst for ongoing growth of the sport of ultimate, and all it embodies, in our local communities, and the collective Inland Northwest. We strive to build an inclusive and spirited environment that is uplifting and positive for all people we interact with on and off the field, and we are committed to the support of gender and racial equity.
