Meet Cindy, one of our Legends members (our class for anyone 55+)
This past March marked her first year at CFB; she’s been a wonderful add to class. She’s someone who has a great balance of knowing when to listen to her body and when to push, loves to try new things, and has stayed consistent throughout her time here. One of our major reasons for entering our doors was a diagnosis of osteoporosis. Wanting to take an active role in managing her bone health, she knew that strength training would be one of the best tools in her corner!
Here’s what she has to say:
“I keep coming back for the people, the community, the staff, the fun, and for how strong and healthy the workouts make me feel.”

Pride Month is here, which means one of our favorite events of the year is right around the corner.
Join us on Sunday, June 28th at 10:00 am for our 6th Annual Pride WOD.
Each year, we come together to celebrate inclusion, community, and support for LGBTQ+ youth across Vermont. This year’s event benefits Outright Vermont, and we’re setting a goal of raising $5,000 to support their incredible work.
Outright Vermont creates safe, affirming spaces for q***r and trans youth through support groups, leadership opportunities, community programming, advocacy, and education. Their work helps young people find connection, support, and a sense of belonging.
You can help by:
🏳️🌈 Joining the workout
🏳️🌈 Purchasing Pride gear
🏳️🌈 Making a donation
🏳️🌈 Sharing the event
Everyone is welcome. Bring your friends, family, neighbors, and anyone looking for a supportive place to move and connect.
Follow the links in bio to donate and/or register for class!

Oh, the Committed Club...
When we first started this little way of recognizing consistency, we had no idea how obsessed everyone would become.
It’s become such a thing that we now have milestone prizes for members who keep the streak alive month after month, which has made it even more fun.
The nice part about the committed club is that it’s not centered around performance; it’s just about showing up! Whether you’ve made it every month or this is your first time, getting to the gym 12+ times in a month is something to be proud of.
Congrats to everyone who made the list in May!

Teen Strength & Conditioning is back this summer at CrossFit Burlington.
This program is designed to help athletes ages 13-17 build strength, coordination, conditioning, confidence, and better movement habits in a safe and supportive environment.
This is not about maxing out or training like adults. It’s about learning proper mechanics, building a strong foundation, and developing skills that carry over to sports and everyday life.
Whether your teen plays sports year-round, is preparing for a season, or simply wants to feel stronger and more confident in the gym, this class is designed to meet them where they’re at.
Because the class is capped at 6 participants, athletes get individualized coaching, feedback, and support throughout the program.
Starting July 6
Mondays with Coach Molly & Wednesdays with Coach Chloe
4:30-5:30pm
CFB Members:
$99 every 2 weeks (3 installments)
Non-Members:
$139 every 2 weeks (3 installments)

We have a few different paths to choose from at CFB. Not sure which is right for you?
The answer comes down to what kind of support, structure, and environment helps you thrive.
Group Classes
Best for people who enjoy community, energy, and training alongside others. Coach-led, scalable for all levels, and great if you like variety and a shared experience.
Semi-Private Training
A mix of personal training and group classes. Small groups (capped at 5) with more individualized programming, accountability, and coaching attention. Great for people with specific goals, injury considerations, or anyone wanting a more personalized approach while still training with others.
Private Training
Fully one-on-one and tailored specifically to you. Great for injury considerations, technique work, mastering movements, or anyone wanting more individualized coaching and support with specific goals.
Not sure which one is right for you? Shoot us a DM with questions, or follow the link in our bio to book a free consult!

Proud to carry on this tradition. 💙 🇺🇸
Every Memorial Day, we do Murph, today it felt hard to find the words, but we do this not for us, but for those who cannot. For the humans who served, who sacrificed everything, who gave the ultimate sacrifice so that we could live freely.
Today we honored Lieutenant Michael Murphy, and all those who gave everything in service to this country.
