The founders for Dalton Gang Motorsports were introduced to dirt track racing at a very young age. Their grandparents have been going to their local track, Florence Speedway for over 40 years. Several members of the Dalton family raced Figure 8 throughout the years such as Jimmy Dalton, Ronald Dalton, and David Dalton. Also above is a picture of TJ's and Justin's mother as a trophy queen at Florence Speedway. TJ and Justin Dalton grew up watching many of their favorite drivers such as Rick Corbin, Bob Hensley, John Holt, and other well-known drivers. TJ and Justin started off running demolition derbies and when the Compact Front Wheel Drive class surfaced they decided to chase their dream of racing dirt track.

Finally had a chance to get the video from Lawrenceburg Speedway heat race on September 5th before we were rained out! Really sucks to start on the pole, have a good car, feel good about everything you done but end up finishing 4th! Keep grinding to get better!

We've had some discussions with some business owners about sponsorship on the 3/29 Sport Modified.

The past couple years we didn't do any sponsorship due to not wanting obligations for events and racing. After some conversations with some business owners, they understand completely about other obligations and not racing some weekends. With this being said, if you're one of these business owners who are interested,reach out to us and lets talk. Sponsorships do tremendously help small race teams.

Went to Lawrenceburg Speedway tonight, decent qualifying and caught the invert. Started pole (P1) of heat race 1 against some tough competitors. Ended up finishing forth after some good racing. Then mother nature won and we got rained out! We were set to role out inside row 4 (P7) for the A-main. Track was fast and racing was fun tonight!

Decided to head out to Florence Speedway tonight hoping to get the monkey off our back!

Showed up right as qualifying was starting. Went out, felt fast but got stuck behind a slower car. Tried to pass but hit the muck! So we ended up qualifying 12th.

We started outside row 3 (P6) in heat 2 and finished 5th. This put us starting outside row 5 (P10) in the A-Main.

We were finding speed but due to some headset issues we didn't hear the caution come out and plowed the rear of our nephew's car. This caused us to spin and had to go to the tail. Really a bummer to have to go to the tail after the caution comes out because you spun! We ended up finishing 12th, with a complete car.

We'll get back on track soon! Just in a slump!

We decided yesterday to get the car ready and head to Lawrenceburg Speedway. We were late so we missed qualifying/hot laps. We started tail of our heat race. We were able to finish 4th and put us transfering to the A-Main. We started outside row 6, found some speed to late in the race and finished were we started, 12th.
