From the archives: Happy Mother’s Day Mom!!

As I prepare myself mentally to leave Vermont, I can’t help but think of how beautiful it truly is. The whole state is scenic. But for me, this one place is special. Every time I visit Lake Willoughby I feel like I’m back in Scotland at Loch Ness. Crystal clear water. Deepest lake in Vermont (328 ft.) A bit remote in the Northeast Kingdom near the Canadian border. But if you’ve never been, it’s truly worth the trip. Winter or summer.

Even deer like to ski. Who knew!
