75 days of free neighborhood skating this winter - what a successful season! Our loaner skates, pucks and sticks enabled people to try skating. We just received this thank you card from some young adults who borrowed sticks so they could form a hockey team called the "Pantry Moths". They didn't win any games they said, but they had a ton of fun. Our volunteer powered neighborhood rink is a gem. Thanks Hula, Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront, City of Burlington Public Works Water Resources and all the volunteers who make it happen!
