The way you prefer to buy isn't the way everyone prefers to buy.

And that's why sales conversations can seem harder than they need to be.

Different generations approach sales conversation differently, and they make buying decisions differently.

So, when you learn how each generation prefers to communicate, sales conversations become easier.

Communication is what builds trust. Trust leads to sales.

Motivation is not usually the problem. The trouble is lack of follow through.

Take Susan, for example. She used to wing her way through most work days.

She'd block off her schedule but skip right over what she'd planned, including lunch!

“I had a calendar, and I did a lot of things,” Susan says. “But that doesn’t mean I did what I needed to do.”

So she was as busy as a beaver but accomplishing very little of what she actually wanted to do in her business. And certainly not getting where she wanted her business to go.

Like a lot of business owners, Susan was motivated. But time and again, she'd skip the follow-through that's so essential to accomplishing our goals.

Motivation? Not a problem.
Follow-through? It's SO easy to get stuck there.

Nobody really talks about the cost of not having accountability.

Not just financially, but in time and energy. And in extreme stress levels that seem never ending.

I’ve seen business owners stay stuck at the same level for years when they don't have someone to challenge them and help them stay focused.

It's isn't because they're not busy either!

Did you know a lot of professionals who don't have accountability in place stay so busy for so long that it becomes their normal? And they can't see life any other way.

But the longer it goes on, the more expensive it gets.

Burnout, inconsistent revenue, and hesitant decision making are just some of the costs.

My guess is most of you reading this don't need more information about what to do in your business. You're flooded with it already.

But I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of you could use someone to keep you accountable to the things you already know you should be doing.
