What on earth am I doing in June??? Oh...just a little something fun for a great cause...

Warm-up Coach for the Muddy Princess 5K Mud Run for Women, June 21 Kimball Farm

This is a fundraiser for the National Breast Cancer Foundation

I’ve got 9 amazing women signed up so far—but imagine 20+ of us crossing that muddy finish line together, laughing, sliding, and cheering each other on.

✨ No running experience needed (whew!)
✨ No gym membership required
✨ All sizes, all ages. All inclusive event. (that's why I'm doing it)
✨ Just a willingness to get muddy, have fun, and feel like a total badass

Whether you’re a seasoned princess of mud or a first-timer who’s curious (those Curvy Girls can vouch—they had a BLAST last year 🎉), you belong on this team.

You do not have to be a gym member to do this...JUST BE A LADY...or act like one for 5 seconds like the rest of us...lol

Our members are real humans: busy professionals, parents, first-timers who are nervous walking through the door, and athletes chasing personal bests. Your job? Make every single one feel seen and safe, and help them get a little better each week.

"We don't teach teens to lift weights. We teach them to stop shrinking." 👊

Most people think teen strength training is about muscles. It’s not.

It’s about the quiet kid raising their hand in class for the first time.
It’s about standing taller in the hallway.
It’s about learning that “failure” on a squat means you try again—not that you’re weak.

We just published a new blog post on why our Learn to Lift program for teens has nothing to do with dumbbells and everything to do with confidence.

Most adults over 40 don’t need harder workouts.

They need workouts they can actually recover from.

You should leave training feeling stronger, not wrecked for 3 days.

That’s how consistency happens.
That’s how results happen.

The problem isn’t that you keep failing.

The problem is you’ve been trying to do it alone.

Women over 30, 40, 50, 60 do NOT need more punishment.
They need:

accountability
support
structure
encouragement
realistic workouts

Motivation comes and goes.

Consistency comes from having people in your corner.

That’s what we focus on here. ❤️
