They’ve done it AGAIN…Our 2012 boys lifted the U14 State Cup last night after a commanding weekend! Congratulations to all the boys, coaches, and families on their efforts!

While our goal is to always win the game, our purpose is built on so much more than a single result.

The sunny, warm weather welcomed many of our teams outside today for our first “official trainings” of the spring but many of our trams have been outside or working together in various leagues and events for a while now…Not only have the 2012 boys team been crushing it in their NL league play (check out some of the most recent posts), but many of our other teams-from our U9’s to U19’s, have been competing, evaluating, reflecting and growing for months now. From tournaments to friendlies, league play@and everything in between, our teams and players continue to grow & come together as a stronger community, committed to excellence and support through the highest of character standards.

Burlington Football Club is hosting BFC Trivia and Kids Night Out. Gather your smartest friends, create a team name, and join us for a night of food, drinks, and competition.

While you play, your kids can have their own evening of fun with BFC Coaches. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to support COTS.

• Trivia Registration: $100 per team (tables up to 6 people)

Kids Night Out (Childcare)
• When: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Where: Champlain Elementary School
• Details: Pizza will be provided.
• Cost: $35 per child, $15 per additional child.

Leadership is a practice of continual growth for all in our community.

Yesterday, our staff team took a timeout from the turf to get back in the classroom with . We’re diving deep into “Mentoring Mindsets”—developing a shared language and philosophy grounded in providing high support & high standards for all players in our program.

Our goal with this work? Help our coaches become better equipped to support true agency in every one of our players while providing the time and space for them to excel on and off the pitch. By investing in our own growth, we’re building the capacity to inspire and lead our community more effectively, both on and off the field.

Families, this is more than just a camp. Players will develop technical skills, make smarter decisions on the field, and grow in confidence and teamwork—all while having an incredible time.

This fall a number of players from multiple teams got to walk out with Men’s and Women’s soccer teams, standing shoulder to shoulder with college athletes who represent a next level of the game for our community.

For our players, it wasn’t just about stepping onto Virtue Field — it was about dreaming big and believing in themselves with commitment, their community, and models of top character.
