That is a wrap on the spring season…From our U6’s to our U19s, this season showcased our community-based style of play—defined by our ability to work together and strive for common goals through our effort and attitude.

Our competitive drive is built on our core values: Community, Character, and Commitment. True development isn’t about individual talent; it is about putting the team first, building resilience through tough battles, and staying dedicated to our collective identity.

We saw those values on the field this spring. We saw our teams striving to improve each and every time out on the field. We saw this culminate in some serious victories: our U16 boys won the Nordic Cup, our 2012 boys won their National League division and the Presidents Cup, and our U10 boys won their VPL division.

That same grit carried a number of our teams late into multiple events and league play. Our U10 Girls, our U12 Boys and Girls, our U13 Girls, our U13/14 Girls, and both our U14 and U19 Boys showcased their abilities deep into the season—from tournaments in New York and Massachusetts to matches at Tree Farm and Veterans Memorial Park— all while our U6’s and U8’s showed passion, joy, and focus through their levels of development.

Our success here means showing up for your teammates, adapting, and representing BFC with integrity both on and off the pitch. Thank you to the players, coaches and families whose commitment makes this club possible! We’d also like to thank our sponsors, and for your support all year long!

They’ve done it AGAIN…Our 2012 boys lifted the U14 State Cup last night after a commanding weekend! Congratulations to all the boys, coaches, and families on their efforts!

While our goal is to always win the game, our purpose is built on so much more than a single result.

The sunny, warm weather welcomed many of our teams outside today for our first “official trainings” of the spring but many of our trams have been outside or working together in various leagues and events for a while now…Not only have the 2012 boys team been crushing it in their NL league play (check out some of the most recent posts), but many of our other teams-from our U9’s to U19’s, have been competing, evaluating, reflecting and growing for months now. From tournaments to friendlies, league play@and everything in between, our teams and players continue to grow & come together as a stronger community, committed to excellence and support through the highest of character standards.

Burlington Football Club is hosting BFC Trivia and Kids Night Out. Gather your smartest friends, create a team name, and join us for a night of food, drinks, and competition.

While you play, your kids can have their own evening of fun with BFC Coaches. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to support COTS.

Event Details
• When: Saturday, May 9th, 7 PM – 9 PM
• Where: The Community Room @ BCA Studios (405 Pine St., Burlington)
• Trivia Registration: $100 per team (tables up to 6 people)
• Food & Drink: Provided by The Caracas and Great Northern

Kids Night Out (Childcare)
• When: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Where: Champlain Elementary School
• Details: Pizza will be provided.
• Cost: $35 per child, $15 per additional child.
