🥉 2026 10U NAFA Northern Nationals | Bronze Bracket 3rd Place 🥎

What a run for Blaze 10U Black! After weather reshaped the tournament, the girls embraced every challenge and battled through seven games over three days to earn a 3rd-place finish in the Bronze Bracket at the 2026 NAFA Softball Northern Nationals.

Blaze caught fire in bracket play, stringing together four straight victories behind dominant pitching, aggressive baserunning, timely hitting, and outstanding defense. The weekend’s defining moment came Saturday night in an unforgettable battle against Spring Lake Park Blue. After rallying from a 5-1 deficit, the teams battled through three international tiebreaker innings before Elly blasted a walk-off home run to send Blaze to another victory!

Sunday tested the team’s resilience with a pair of tough matchups against strong opponents, but the girls never stopped competing and fought until the final out.

Congratulations to our players, coaches, and families on an outstanding tournament and a fantastic finish to the 2026 Spring season. We couldn’t be prouder of the way you represented Burnsville Blaze!

The weekend also brought a special milestone for our team as we celebrated Kinsley surpassing the 200-strikeout mark! Congratulations, Kinsley, on an amazing accomplishment—we’re so proud of you. 🔥

10U Black State Tournament 🖤🔥

Blaze 10U Black battled all weekend and earned a 4th-place finish in Tier 6 at the Minnesota State Tournament! The girls showed resilience, teamwork, and heart from the first pitch to the last, competing against some tough competition and never backing down.

They wrapped up the weekend by cooling off with a little pool volleyball before turning their focus to the next challenge—NAFA Softball Northern Nationals. Congratulations on a great State Tournament, Blaze! 🔥🥎

This team battled their way to the tier 12 State Quarterfinals, finishing 4th out of 16 teams after an incredible weekend of softball. Every game was earned, every inning was fought for, and this group never stopped competing. These athletes wrapped up their tournament with a six-inning battle that showed exactly what Blaze softball is all about — bringing heat! 🔥
