Come kick with us while getting fit and having fun! At Nguyen School of Tae Kwon Do, we offer classes to students in ages from 6 to 76.
We offer Youth, Adult and Family programs. Classes are divided according to age and/or ability/experience. Class size is limited to no more than 20 students to assure that each student will have the individual attention that he/she needs. Our certified instructors find and bring out the best abilities of the student as he/she master the art. Each class begins with a series of warm-ups, stretching
